Web Design Process

01. Intro / Preprocess

We talk about expectations, requirements and goals, and agree on what will make the project successful.

02. Content strategy

We create user personas that describe the people who will use the website or app, and plan content around them so each person finds the right information. We also list every page we need and create an information architecture.

03. Design and Development

Usually the longest step: wireframes, choosing a design direction, and building the website or app.

04. Testing

Before launch, we test everything to catch bugs and errors.

05. Launch / Reset

We launch. “Reset” means we then start looking for ways to improve it.
