My work sits between design, product, and engineering — shaping direction when it's unclear, and getting hands-on when it matters.
What I do
I partner with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams to solve problems that don't have obvious answers. That means running discovery when goals are fuzzy, defining metrics when we need clarity, and designing systems when we need to scale.
I perform my best work in open cultures. It helps create conditions for better decisions: aligning product, engineering, and business around shared context, translating between domains, and compounding each team's contributions.
